Kavis Reed

Kavis is best known for his 25 plus years of experience in amateur and professional sport, primarily as a CFL player, coach and general manager. Less known is Kavis’ 20 years of experience in Human Resource recruitment in the industrial, oil and gas, and construction sectors. His combination of executive leadership experience, coaching others for performance, identifying leaders and his unique communication style has impacted organizations across Canada. Kavis has an MBA and serves on a number of Boards, including the Edmonton Film Festival, Youth Unlimited and Greater Edmonton Advisory Council for Alberta Health Services.
Collin Pullar

Collin’s leadership includes roles as CEO of a business association serving the construction sector. He is former Chair of the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce, and member of boards in the sports-entertainment, tourism, post-secondary and legal services sectors. With a Masters degree in business, his experience has included identifying, developing, guiding and evaluating leaders in organizations and providing strategic advice to organization. He is regularly heard on radio, quoted in the Journal of Commerce or read in Industry West Magazine where is a contributor. Collin is a competitive strength enthusiast who has competed around the world
